At MISSHA US, we want you to be fully satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
